Terms & conditions
The essentials for a clear shopping experience.
Design preview: purchases and payments are not enabled. These terms are a draft for the planned store.
Products and orders
Final prices, pack sizes, ingredients, stock and product information will be shown before the live store accepts orders. Adding an item to this preview’s bag does not reserve stock or create an order.
Delivery
Orders ship from Sri Lanka. Standard shipping is estimated at 14–30 days and expedited shipping at 5–10 days. Destination availability and charges must be confirmed before purchase. Read our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Product and delivery issues
Our standard resolution for eligible issues is replacement shipment, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
